Boxed Mini Album

08:00:00

Hello Scrappy Friends!

Back with a not-so-mini Mini Album to share.  I finished the inside a few weeks back, but just finished the embellishment for the cover.  Boxed Mini Album:

I am so excited about this for two reasons...
  • I have wanted to figure out a boxed mini for a while now.  I will be offering another class coming up.
  • I found a new page style idea while browsing YouTube.  Reposition-able elements on a page.  Christine (ScrappinRabbit) shares her brilliant idea here.  She offers a tutorial on her blog.  I didn't use her tutorial, I just loved the idea and figured out a way to do it.  Thank you Christine for the inspiration.

Here is a sneak peak of the album:

The cover opens to the right.  The spin is build into the left side of the box.

Each page is a pocket page that has a folio that slides into the right side.  I used CTMH dies to create the embellishment tabs on each folio.  The pages are all interactive.  This one shows an "Z-fold" page.  All the pages are magnetized.

The waterfall is a re-positionable page.  You can choose to have the waterfall in landscape or portrait position based on the photos you choose to add to the page.
There are lots of pockets and tags built into the album to support many 5x7 and 4x6 photos.  There is plenty of space to add journaling as well.

I have the first round of classes scheduled and already full starting on October 20th.  We are using Bobunny's Butterfly Kisses paper collection for this first class.

I will be offering this class again, so be sure to leave a comment below if you are interested.  I will do my best to  choose a time that coordinates with everyone's schedule.  This class will be spread out over 3-4 evenings.  I can also offer it as a 2 full day weekend classes.

Until next time... Happy Scrappin'!
