Double Gatefold - Fairy Birthday

I am so sorry to be so behind in posting.  This was such a fun card to make!  The image was generously given by The Stamping Boutique for our last challenge on Love to Scrap Challenge Blog.  Such a fun image!

The challenge was to use two patterned papers.  I used a double-sided paper from Doodlebug Designs - Frosty Friends.  The tutorial for the card fold was found on Splitcoast Stampers.

I printed the image two times... once on mixed media paper, and once on Origami pearl paper.  I colored the image with a water brush and Distress Markers.  I fussy-cut the wings from the Origami paper and paper pieced it into place.  I used a green Gelly Roll Stardust Glitter pen
for the flowers in her hair.  I die-cut and matted it with Spellbinders Labels 4 Die.

On the inside, I stamped the cupcake using a die from Close to My Heart - Good Times.  The sentiment is die-cut from Dee's Distinctive Dies - Happy Birthday.

Use at least 2 patterned papers on project
