Perpetual Block Calendar

Happy Monday!! Time for another challenge for LTSCB!  This week is "Anything Goes".

My inspiration project is using the Teddybear with Flower digi-stamp from The Paper Shelter.  I just love this little bear!

I wanted to do something other than a card this round.  I had seen perpetual calendars around Christmas time last year.  It has been on my TO DO list... So here is my take!

The teddybear and flower is the image from The Paper Shelter.  I fussy-cut and layered it for a bit of dimension.  It was coloured with Tim Holtz Distress Markers.  I used Flower Soft for the center of the flower.  The flowers on the base are stamped and died from the Classic Sunflower die and background stamp from Heartfelt Creations..  They are coloured with Honey Distress ink, and brown mini beads for the centers.  The green ribbon is from Michael's.

It took a bit of figuring to create the pattern.  I cut all of the pieces with my paper trimmer and scored them on my Scor Pal.  Please check my tutorials page for step by step instructions.
