Love to Scrap Challenge - Challenge #51 Strips or Dots

For my debut project, I made this fun and frilly card:

The stamp I used was: Ella Ballerina generously donated from Kith & Kin Co.  I colored her with Prisma Premiere colored pencils, blending with Gamsol.  I added Stickles to the bottom frill in her dress and in the center of the bow in her hair.  She was popped up with foam dots.
The challenge is to use stripes or dots (or both if you dare).  I used a pale pink polka dot paper for the background and cut some glitter paper into 1/4" strips for the stripes on the card.  I sprayed the doily with Recollections glimmer spray.  The Dance mat were cut on my Silhouette Cameo.  The green mat was sprayed with Heidi Swap Color Shine spray.  The letters were glittered with DecoArt Glamour Dust. The semtiment was computer generated.
The flowers are made with the Flox dies from Memory Box.  I cut them in yellow polka dot paper, shaped them with my McGill tools and added some color depth with  Color Box Media Inx:Chiffon.  Tiny beads were added to the centers.  The florishes are part of the Adrianna Blooms Lace die set.
